🚚 Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required. This applies to all products, including our LED underwater fishing lights, dock kits, and accessories.

📦 Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Custom-built "Build Your Blob" orders may require additional processing time. Please allow up to 3–4 business days for custom configurations.

📍 Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) or international addresses.
- If you need an exception for a special circumstance, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

📬 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to become active.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Green Blob Outdoors is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
3. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter.
If a package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
